3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days of approval. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please contact your payment provider first. If you still need assistance, email us at info@theeastonmall.co.uk.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@theeastonmall.co.uk as soon as possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available. We will review your request and help arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us before returning your item to confirm the return procedure. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
6. Products With Hygiene Restrictions
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-care products may not be eligible for return if they have been unsealed or used, where permitted by law.
This does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied products.
7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@theeastonmall.co.uk.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the return procedure. Your statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
8. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including relevant UK consumer rights and distance-selling regulations.
Depending on the circumstances, customers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights, including a 14-day cancellation period after receiving eligible goods. Exceptions may apply. Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, the law will take precedence.
